Shipping - We ship within 7 days according to product availability. If there are any issues with your order, you will be notified within 24 hours. 

100% Guaranteed Refund if we make a mistake, or we send you the wrong product, or our Product Quality Inspectors miss an error. Or somehow we just stuffed up along the way, hey it happens but you have no need to worry as we will cover all costs and make sure you're satisfied and happy if it's our error.

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there was an error on our behalf. As items are perishable we cannot accept returns if it was not a mistake of ours. 

You must notify us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please take a picture(s) to send in, if requested. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and images of product issues.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your images are viewed or if you have been requested to return your item for physical inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email images or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our support page. 

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
